While the food is always ok at IHOP, sometimes the food arrives either cold or somewhat warm. Very strange and annoying. The coffee can also be only lukewarm many times or most the time. It really is "standard" fare. Food needs to be HOT...not mildly warm. But, a national chain is never that great, and this is the same. PROS: Big place. They have a great big back room to hold groups and families. We have used it many times for Meetup Groups and such. They have free wi-fi (just ask for password). Friendly staff usually. Quick service. Cons: Warmish food. Prices are strange or overdone for the food (how much for a warmish/cold cup of coffee and refills). But breakfast places are a dime a dozen. If you want better breakfast food (and a place with good green chile) find a local breakfast place.

They're pushing the Lorax stuff right now so you can also order 'green eggs' with some of the kids meals. Kinda fun...but for $5, probably not a bargain.

Or waitress said it gets over wellming at times, but I only saw he take orders and surve drinks then lets here helpers bring and clean up the food. Very overwelling

Best IHOP! My girlfriend and I visit this restaurant alot. We both agree the food is very good every time we visit. In addition we think the service is really really good and feel it's a good value.People who consider them selves true foodies won't find it unique enough. Just good all American breakfast.

Is this 1-star my fault? Did I miss the memo than when one orders the new French toast brioche that one must bring their OWN FUGGIN SILVERWARE? Apparently this must be a new promo. Get the saussage, eggs, and hash browns 'combo' with the French toast for $8, but you must request a fork. In a way I am glad they messed up. I did not ask for plate, but my food came on one, anyway. Lucky bastich -Eh? This review may be a bit un-fair. IHOP probably did not want me to burn my mouth on warm food, so they helped by forcing me to allow it to cool to room temperature. Further, they helped me burn off some of the calories from my meal because I had to get up and look for a server to get my fork and FREE napkin. Yes. Bad review. I should have known better. Sorry IHOP, I'll do better next time I come in, which should be just after the snowball fight in Hades is over.

Came back on a weekend and they were a bit busy. Didn't have to wait to get a table though. Waitress was nice and friendly. Food was okay, but took awhile to see the waitress at the end though.

Had breakfast here this week because my daughter loves pancakes. When a kid is disappointed by pancakes.... It's pretty bad! Her cheesecake pancakes taste like a bagel with cream cheese and syrup. Strawberries were mushy. Another meal ordered at the table was the funny face, although it looked good (for kids) This was not cooked all the way, a child throwing up on the way home from a restaurant is never good! Our server was very pleasant and did her best to fix my meal. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with white cheddar, when it came out with orange American cheese, it was obvious there was an error in the kitchen. Although by the time the error was fix, everyone else at the table had finished their meals. No compensation was offered, only an apology from the server. When you are waiting for your meal and have a chance to look around and see others sending food back, it does little to make you want to go back, which I can assure you will not happen anytime soon.

We went here for a late breakfast after a morning of Black Friday shopping, and was very impressed with the service. They don't typically take reservations but since we had a group of 18 they made an exception. As far as the food is concerned...it's IHOP... eat a pancake.... :P

Alright. I've sampled enough locations throughout my lifetime that I can officially say, I hate IHOP. The food is great, the service was pleasant... why do they allow for tables full of loud people cussing and shouting racial slurs at people as they're being seated, and throwing their food everywhere from the entrance to a five table radius from where they sat? And if you're too scared to ask that type of clientele to leave could you maybe consider NOT sitting your incoming patrons within their vicinity?
